In the
Pistocchi workshop, extraordinary artisan creations have been made for over 30 years, here's how the
Yrgalem Coffee Dragées come to life
Yrgalem Coffee Dragées
The Yrgalem Coffee Dragées by Torta Pistocchi made in their Florentine workshop, for thirty years now Claudio and his sister Claudia have carried forward with great passion and professionalism creations where chocolate is the star. It is indeed in Florence that the Pistocchi family's pastry art was born, with their chocolate cakes being a true speciality, along with cremini and dragées. The three-chocolate and fruit cakes. But as with all their cakes, they continue to be entirely handmade. Over the years, the quality of the product has, if anything, grown. Because today the market offers 87 types of dark chocolate to choose from according to one's needs. The workshop's creations today are not just chocolate, but also a gluten free line of biscuits.
The two siblings craft, with the finest selected ingredients, true taste experiences every day: these
Dragées are wonderful sugar-coated sweets with raisins,
bitter almond,
sea salt and
fine milk chocolate, small delights for great pleasures.
The Dragées are prepared in four delicious variants with
raisins, bitter almonds, milk chocolate and a pinch of sea salt, Yrgalem Coffee Dragées, Hazelnut Dragées, Pistachio Dragées all waiting to be discovered!
Claudio and Claudia, the two
Pistocchi siblings, craft with the finest selected ingredients every day in their Florentine workshop true taste experiences. The
Yrgalem Coffee Dragées. A bassinato (that is, a chocolate confection) handcrafted with Yrgalem coffee beans. A
full-bodied coffee from Ethiopia, without using waxes or alcohol to polish it. Small delights for great pleasures.
Thanks to their dedication, great passion and professionalism, their
Dragées and their
Cakes have been recognised and
awarded multiple prizes internationally. Also for 2017, the Florentine chocolate workshop TortaPistocchi was honoured with three major awards at the World Finals of the
International Chocolate Awards in London:
gold thanks to the
raisin dragées, milk chocolate, bitter almond and sea salt. And a
silver medal with the
pistachio dragées, white chocolate, orange powder and sea salt, already
world gold in 2016.
