Let me introduce myself: I'm Beatriz and I'm a fromelier. My work isn't limited to tasting artisanal Spanish cheeses: I'm devoted to discovering and telling the stories hidden behind them.

I'm interested in getting to know those who, against all modern logic, continue to make cheese by hand, with traditional methods and endless patience. I'm not just looking for flavors, but for people.

I want to understand why someone decides to get up every day to tend to milk, curd and rinds. Because behind every well-made cheese lies a deep conviction, and that story deserves to be savored too.
