Fast shipping

Foodaloo S.r.l. uses third-party couriers for product delivery and therefore is not able to directly guarantee the accuracy of execution. The delivery service is carried out at the main street number of the indicated residence, and therefore deliveries to the floor/apartment are not guaranteed. The delivery cost is not included in the price of the products and is indicated separately.

Delivery times vary from product to product: our artisans often produce items on the spot, so we are unable to indicate precise delivery times. Normally, the maximum order processing time is two or three days, and the courier takes another two days for delivery within the same country; if the product comes from or is destined for abroad, an additional two days will be required.

Failed delivery

Delivery requires the presence of the customer or their representative at the address and time indicated in the shipping confirmation. If the customer (or the appointed person) is not present, the order will be considered cancelled; Foodaloo S.r.l. reserves the right to exclude the customer from the service.
