"The taste of tradition."

There's no better saying for him than "we are what we eat," and Roberto loves home cooking, the local flavors handed down from grandmother to mother, an authentic regional taste. In Puglia he grew up on milk and panzerotti, and his bond with street food—the popular kind, from festivals and celebrations—is very strong.

He holds a degree in History and, after a Master's in Food and Wine Cultural Heritage, founded ApulianClub, a Gourmet Association created to defend and promote the culinary traditions of Puglia. In recent years he has devoted himself to creating food and wine experiences aboard his Fiat 500, weaving between dry-stone walls and masserie, discovering the typical flavors of the region.
