I'm a passionate beer connoisseur, fascinated by everything unique, rare and surprising. I let myself be won over by the authentic aromas and flavors of the past, but also by new combinations that know how to break the mold. I love experimenting, taking risks and discovering: for me, every beer tells a story and every sip is an experience.

For over eight years I've worked professionally in beer production, collaborating with entrepreneurs and brands to develop new projects and ideas capable of standing out. I enthusiastically take part in tastings and competitions, where I put to the test my palate, trained over years of experience in homebrewing as well.

Cooking is another of my great passions: I love creating and reinventing dishes, always adding a personal, refined touch. I'm a curious and demanding diner, always on the lookout for that flavor that surprises and leaves its mark.
