Filini 500 g. Artisan filini made with carefully selected ingredients. Only eggs from free-range barn-reared hens, where animal welfare is guaranteed, are used, while the semolina comes from southern Italy, where the wheat is amber-yellow in colour and has very high protein and nutritional values. The semolina is still processed as it was 100 years ago, only with more advanced technology; bronze dies are used, which bring out the pasta's final rough texture, also thanks to slow, low-temperature drying. The shaping machines, built and patented by Pastificio Ferrari itself, guarantee a unique and inimitable product.
Filini for broth are a thin, delicate pasta, perfect for enriching hot broths and light soups. Ideal for family meals, they evoke the authentic flavour of home cooking and the warmth of traditional recipes.
