traditional olive growers who carry on traditional and natural processing methods to obtain products with an outstanding sensory profile, as the olives are indeed stone-milled. This preserves all the sensory characteristics and precious substances with proven health benefits, such as polyphenols, monounsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E. The extra virgin olive oil with chilli starts from an oil already aromatic in itself, to which selected natural flavourings from the local area have been added; we are in the unspoilt hills of Basilicata, rich in aromatic plants and herbs, all of which help make it an even more special and versatile seasoning, perfect for giving that unmistakable touch to your recipes. This oil, with its delicate spiciness, can be used both as a dressing and for marinating meat or fish before grilling; thanks to its slightly spicy flavour, it is perfect for seasoning pasta, bruschetta, cold pasta salads or even rice salads.
