Azienda Agricola Saluzzi began as a grain-growing farm, and over time, thanks also to the fresh energy brought by the new generation, namely the three children of Giuseppe and Maria, it developed the ambition to take a new direction: to proudly showcase a product of excellence born from the careful selection and processing of its own wheat. The result is a gold-colored pasta, exactly as quality pasta should be, flawless, uniform, slow-dried and bronze-drawn, ready to embrace sauces and dressings of every kind. But the company didn't stop there: it pushed further, into the ambitious project of an olive mill, where the land is tended with love and tenacity, and the olive groves feature ground cover crops that provide excellent natural fertilizer, giving the oil outstanding organoleptic qualities. An amber, "noble" oil, refined and with delicate fruity notes, a high-quality product guaranteed at every stage of the supply chain. The pairing of oil and pasta is complete.
