This is how Maria began telling me her story; together with her brother Luigi, she represents the fourth generation of selectors of monocultivar extra virgin olive oils.
We are at the foot of Vesuvius, and great-grandfather Giuseppe began selecting the finest oils of Cilento, at first for himself and his family, then for local restaurateurs and food shops. With great passion and knowledge, the following generations drove the company forward, earning it recognition throughout Italy and abroad. Today, Maria and Luigi's vision is to offer three 100% Italian oils of the highest quality, each with distinct organoleptic characteristics, able to satisfy every palate and any culinary pairing need.
