"We grew up on bread and oil, and we are fortunate to have a family that has always passed down the knowledge and expertise to recognize the goodness of olive oils and select only the finest varieties." That's how Maria began telling me her story, who, together with her brother Luigi, represents the fourth generation of monocultivar extra virgin olive oil selectors. We're at the foot of Vesuvius, where great-grandfather Giuseppe began selecting the finest oils from Cilento, initially for himself and his family, and later for local restaurants and food shops. With great passion and knowledge, the following generations drove the company forward, making it appreciated throughout Italy and abroad. Today, Maria and Luigi's vision is to offer three 100% Italian oils of the highest quality, each with distinct organoleptic characteristics, able to satisfy every palate and any food pairing need.
