History repeats itself! That could be one way to start telling the story of Podere dell'Anselmo, in honour of Fabrizio, who carries on with passion the art of winemaking. The Forconi family has in fact an ancient vocation for viticulture, dating back perhaps to the early nineteenth century, as tenant farmers for the Antinori family. Fabrizio is not only proud to carry on the tradition, but one could even say that his passion sets the pace of his personal life: whenever he can talk about his wines, offer them for tasting, or describe his "chemical-free" growing methods used to preserve microbiological complexity, or explain how he fights pests through "sexual confusion", he spares no effort. On the contrary, he is always happy to welcome visitors and share with them the values they will find in every glass.
