Mauro Poli, an expert truffle hunter, has turned his passion into a business—or rather, a mission: spreading knowledge of the white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) as well as the other truffle varieties strictly from his own area. Mauro is deeply committed to showcasing the products of his land, the Mugello, and does everything he can to promote their qualities. He personally hunts for truffles and, for his production, buys exclusively from local truffle hunters. He takes part in numerous specialized fairs where, alongside his products, he also offers street food featuring that same precious aroma. Mauro has involved his daughter Eleonora in his project, passing on his passion to her; together they work on promoting the products and creating new pairings and offerings. The range spans from more traditional options, such as truffle butter or truffles in brine, to delightfully versatile preparations to enjoy spread on crostini, as pasta sauces, or to accompany meat and vegetables.
