"Granda" was the name used to indicate practically the entire province of Cuneo, the Langhe territory that winds between the Ligurian Sea, Montecarlo, Savoy and Turin. Here, between the Alps and the sea, ran one of the most important salt routes, and in the past countless merchants, especially anchovy traders, traveled along it. Province "Granda" for its great extension (the fourth largest in Italy) but also for the richness of the products of its land, which include, in addition to vegetables and fruit, chestnuts, mushrooms, hazelnuts and truffles. Here, Mr. Sergio Luciano, in his artisan workshop, in addition to special and delicate sauces such as pheasant ragù and traditional Piedmontese desserts such as zabajone and amaretto-stuffed peaches, has created an organic line of pestos, sauces and vegetables of the highest quality, processed just enough to bring out the flavors of the various ingredients to the fullest.
