“Mine is meant to be, above all, a journey of discovery, where you can still find the desire to taste, sample, savor and delight” - this is how Domenico Mangiarano describes the impulse behind the creation of Corte del Dome. Drawing on his many travels, which often took him outside Italy and where the desire to enjoy authentic flavors was just as often no easy task, came the wish to share and introduce our traditions and flavors abroad as well. Domenico created his own line of high-quality gastronomic specialties, the result of the work and passion of small artisans. Genuine products centered on the quality of their ingredients: Domenico has become a spokesperson for a “made in Italy” that represents true know-how and a quality gastronomic heritage. The project could only have been born in his beloved native Tuscany, in search of the flavors of childhood, when walking into grandma's kitchen you were wrapped in the aromas of tomato sauce for crostini or of ragù. Each product tells a story made of passion and generations, made of care and attention. The project is an ambitious one, aiming to showcase the flavors of our beautiful peninsula, region by region, each with its own characteristics and uniqueness. In a project like this, an important collaboration could not be missing: hence the choice of Michelin-starred chef Marco Stabile, who created the recipes by reinterpreting traditional Tuscan dishes and curated their pairings. One example is our Ragù di sole verdure toscane, designed to accompany our delicate and flavorful Mezze Maniche, or an iconic dish like Spaghetti alla Pomarola, prepared just as Tuscan grandmothers know how to make it!
