A cream with the intense flavour and aroma typical of the summer truffle. Besides being ideal for canapés and crostini, hot or cold, it is perfect for dressing pasta. We recommend diluting it with a little butter, cream, béchamel or creamy cheeses. Looking for some delicious ideas? A potato and truffle frittata, made by browning potatoes in a pan with parsley and garlic, then adding beaten egg and finishing with the cream. Try it with mixed salad leaves and bresaola with the cream. Or with sliced artichokes, bresaola and the cream.
