Podere dell’Anselmo lies amid the splendour of the Chianti lands, a territory long devoted to wines of character. Here wine is made with great passion and with traditional methods that deeply respect the soil and nature, and it is here that "PAX" Rosso toscano I.G.T. is produced. "PAX" Rosso toscano I.G.T. The Forconi family has a long history: they were already working the vineyards of Montespertoli in the early 19th century. Fabrizio carries on the winegrowing tradition, mainly cultivating native grape varieties grown according to meticulous farming practices. At the right degree of ripeness, the grapes are harvested by hand and also hand-selected. It is a red wine made from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Colorino grapes grown on the Tuscan hills 7 km from Montespertoli and 10 km from San Casciano in Val di Pesa, in vineyards right next to the estate. Mid-hillside, east-facing, on clay and limestone soils.
