A mineral Brut with good body. Zharpì: The name chosen by the winery for this wine speaks of the history of these lands and of the value the winery places on sustainability in viticulture and on care throughout the entire production process, starting from the choice of the most suitable land for each individual vine. With Zharpì Prosecco Treviso the aim is to highlight the wine's sense of place, the work done on the vine and the history of this territory; Zharpì comes from the Treviso dialect and means to prune the vine. PerlageWinery is a champion of environmental sustainability and indeed dedicates extreme care to agronomic practices in the vineyard and to the winemaking and storage stages, in order to offer customers a quality wine obtained through organic viticulture. An important goal the company has set itself is to preserve soil biodiversity, which is achieved by allowing the proliferation of beneficial organisms that contribute to soil fertility, and through the practice of cover cropping, which aims to preserve soil fertility and limit erosion.
