Perlage for its Prosecchi DOCG line creates the classic version of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG,  made with selected Glera grapes and offered in its off-dry Extra Dry version, this is how Quorum Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. BIO. was born.

An organic Extra Dry is a combination of the aromatic quality given by the vineyards of the Collalto hillside area and an elegant sapidity enhanced by fine bubbles. Intense and fragrant bouquet, harmonious flavour, good body. The nose is characteristic, fruity, the colour is straw yellow with greenish highlights. Fine but persistent perlage. It is a wine capable of pairing excellently with numerous dishes. Recommended for pairing with aperitifs, along with snacks and savoury nibbles of various kinds. It is the perfect match for fish dishes. and the fresh aroma of Prosecco Valdobbiadene obtained by selecting the best Glera grapes.
