Il Bottaccio is a company set in a corner of unspoilt land. We are in Maremma, where the olive groves stretch as far as the eye can see, and here nature still dominates the landscape, giving the soil a special richness. Indeed, beneath the surface flow the thermal waters known since ancient times and already prized by the Romans, and it is here that the Basil-infused oil is produced. The company grows olives and has been an oil producer for four generations. Thanks to its passion and experience over time, the company has created a line of flavoured products, the infused oils line.
