Grimaldi

The 25 hectares of land where the Grimaldi family grows the prized Nocciola tonda di Giffoni hazelnut and Sorrento walnuts are located on the edge of the protected area of the Parco Regionale dei Monti Picentini, in the province of Salerno. For three generations, this family has been cultivating and producing in full respect of nature and its cycles, without the use of fungicides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers, in an unspoiled environment. Once harvested, the fruits are dried in the sun, gently and in a completely natural way. The subsequent processing is entirely handcrafted, free of additives and preservatives. The resulting product is extremely fine and holds within it not only all the beneficial properties of these fruits, but also their intense and unique aroma. Grimaldi Nocciole offers a selection of products ranging from natural, roasted and packaged fruits, to pure creams, either extremely smooth or with chunky pieces, and to spreadable creams made with hazelnuts and prized Valrhona cocoa.
