Biocariglialto Agricoltura Biologica is set on the hills of the Crati Valley, in the municipality of Montalto Uffugo, an area of excellence for the white "dottato" fig. Here we grow seasonal fruit and vegetables naturally, following certified organic procedures, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilisers, in harmony with nature and with respect for people's work. The raw materials are harvested at the right degree of ripeness and processed in our workshop using artisanal methods, without colourings, additives or preservatives. We believe it is important to oversee the entire agricultural chain, from cultivation to processing and packaging, in order to bring to your table a product that guarantees the utmost genuineness.
