Biosolidale is an association of companies from Lazio that grow organic vegetables and fruit and process them in-house into top-quality organic sauces, creams, compotes and fruit juices. Except for the citrus fruits used in the mandarin, orange and lemon jams, all other ingredients are harvested in the Castelli Romani area.

Only extra virgin olive oil from Lazio is used for the vegetables preserved in oil, which pairs beautifully with broccoletti, cime di rapa and artichokes. The fruit juices are made up of 60% fruit and 40% grape juice from their own Frascati vineyards, used as a natural sweetener.

The entire Biosolidale range is free from added colorings, acidity regulators, preservatives and sulfites. These are simple, delicious products of truly unique excellence. As they say: picked and eaten!
