For more than 160 years these delicious shortcrust biscuits have been baked in Barge. What is the secret of their goodness? At the base, an abundant amount of maize flour and genuine butter. And of course the secret flavourings. Even today they are made by hand, one by one. Today the classic product is also available in the version with dark chocolate chips, with chopped hazelnuts and mixed. In Piedmontese Batiaje means the rounded biscuit.
