the Merlot grape variety originates in one of the most renowned areas of southern France, particularly the Bordeaux area, home to prestigious wines. In Italy, in the high lands of Treviso, it finds its best organoleptic expression. The result is an elegant IGT, a red grape wine, with intense hints of red fruit, a wine that pairs well with hearty meat dishes. The company's deepest belief lies in respect for nature, with the aim of growing its own vines healthy and strong according to nature's rhythms and preserving the biodiversity of the soil. The biodynamic method is a form of agriculture where the various processing stages, such as fertilisation and cultivation, are carried out while respecting and promoting the fertility and vitality of the soil.
