Ronchi - Barbaresco D.O.C.G.

Ours is a small operation where nothing is left to chance. Here we produce our wines using only our own grapes. The vineyards are located between Monforte d'Alba, Novello, La Morra and Barbaresco. These are areas particularly suited to the great wines of the Langhe. We take care of the entire process: from production to ageing to sale. We follow the whole process to ensure the best quality. Technical sheet: Ronchi Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo Harvest: manual, in crates. Winemaking: destemming and crushing followed by cold maceration for a few days. Vinification in temperature-controlled tanks combined for about a week with regular pumping-over, punching-down and délestage. Post-fermentation maceration for a couple of weeks. Ageing: minimum 9 months in oak Production: approximately 1,500 to 3,000 bottles per year.
