The Company

Wine is a family story: for three generations the Ferrin family has been producing wine here, in Friuli di Mezzo. We are indeed in the heart of the Friuli Denominazione di Origine Controllata area, historically devoted to vine growing. On our 12 hectares of vineyard, we have always used eco-friendly methods with the aim of producing genuine grapes while respecting our natural environment. The values we carry forward are tradition, eco-sustainability and respect for the environment, and love for our land. We produce wines that reflect the spirit that drives us, carrying on the finest Friulian winemaking traditions.

HESPèRUS.

It is made from white-berried grapes with brief ageing in 500-litre acacia wood barrels. It expresses all the aroma and flavours of the great white wines of the Friuli region, but with greater softness and great persistence, with a fruity and delicate taste with honeyed notes. Grape variety: Friulano Vintage: 2020 Alcohol content: 13% vol Serve at 10-12 °C Great satisfaction for our HESPèRUS 2016, awarded the CROWN by the prestigious Vinibuoni d'Italia Guide. Pairing: A white wine perfect for appetisers, risottos and first courses in general. Excellent with fish and white meats. To be tried paired with baccalà alla vicentina (Vicenza-style salt cod).
