The wines of the Baglio Baiata Alagna winery convey the tradition and love for their land. 50 hectares of land divided into various plots between Marsala, Mazara, Trapani and Salemi. Orange Wines are wines with a unique, intense colour with orange highlights. Orange wine is obtained from the late harvest of white grapes. During the process, the skins are left to macerate for several weeks. Starting from grapes rich in pigments, aromas and tannins, there is an intense extraction of both the aromas and the orange colour, resulting in an orange wine. A must-try! This wine pairs well with spicy foods or meat, given its robust notes.
