We are just steps from the sea, in the Ravenna of the 1970s, where grandfather Umberto, after a long career as a professor, chooses to retire to a small bookshop in Marina di Ravenna. Together with his wife Franca, among the pages of an old cookbook, a special recipe resurfaces, capable of turning simple ingredients into something unforgettable. From that moment on, grandmother Franca fills the house with the scent of her freshly baked biscuits, giving her children, grandchildren, and friends moments of genuine sweetness. A authentic flavor, tied to tradition, which soon becomes the heart of shared moments, especially during the holidays. That recipe became a true family story, preserved over time, keeping intact the iconic Mosaici shape and the unique fragrance of grandmother Franca's biscuits. After more than 50 years, Jacopo and Lorenzo have chosen to bring this precious heritage back to life. With passion and respect for tradition, in an artisanal workshop they give new life to Biscotti Bizantini, starting with the classic raisin version, just as grandmother Franca used to make them.
