A microbrewery between San Martino and Coiano. Here Giulio, master brewer and soul of the brewery, produces craft beer. The passion for the world of beer has always been there. Initially I brewed it at home, but at a certain point I realized I wanted to deepen my knowledge. So I began a course at the brewing school in Padova. After finishing school, I started exploring beer styles around the world: in Belgium and in the Czech Republic, where beer isn't just a daily staple, it's culture! I was ready to start my own microbrewery and put my knowledge to good use! Our beers: Blonde Ale style, EVERGREEN is a light, fresh and refreshing beer, brewed with a good percentage of wheat. American Pale Ale with an amber color that offers an unmistakable taste and aroma. The dark one, Oatmeal Stout style, comes with a fine cappuccino-colored head of foam and an intense aroma with notes of chocolate, coffee and licorice. The Honey Ale beer, brewed using Tuscan wildflower honey! We couldn't leave out the spiced seasonal beer with orange peel, coriander seeds and elderflower. Fans of English beers? Barley Wine in English style with a high alcohol content. The special one, the Cheastnut, our 6° beer, brewed with Valdarno chestnut flour. To sip by the seaside? Flamingo, our Gose-style beer, brewed using Himalayan pink salt to give it a 'briny' sensation on the palate. Limited edition? The Blue Moon, the perfect beer for all blueberry lovers!
