Anna Rita, Enzo and their son Marco are the heart and soul of this world immersed in nature on the inland hills of the Ascoli area, facing Mount Ascensione. The landscape you enjoy from here is one of the most beautiful and best preserved in the region. There are still natural features and rural areas that retain their original character, both in the character of the villages and in the ancient farming practices. Here they grow olives, the true protagonists of the territory, along with grapes, fruit and vegetables. Around 250 olive trees, of the Carboncella, Leccino del Corno and Tenera Ascolana varieties, and then the fruit trees: figs, plums, quinces, apricots, cherries, blackberries and raspberries. And the small family vineyard with Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Rosso Piceno and strawberry grape (also known as Americana) vines. From the grapes comes the fine "vino cotto", a unique speciality of its kind, made from the best selected grapes and produced with methods faithful to tradition. Here neither pesticides nor plant-protection chemicals are used; the fertiliser is of organic origin, largely from their own farmyard animals and the rest purchased from other farms. Depending on the season, the produce of the garden and orchard is harvested and transformed in the farm's kitchen, all in keeping with nature.
