An elegant and refined Prosecco DOC Rosé Brut, born from the meeting of Glera and Pinot Nero, grown in Veneto on alluvial soils. The hand-picked grapes are vinified separately and then blended to create a fresh and harmonious rosé. It shows a delicate pale pink colour, while on the nose it expresses pleasant fruity and floral aromas. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and creamy, with a harmonious sip and a pleasant persistence. Secondary fermentation in autoclave for at least 60 days enhances its finesse and softness.

The winery is committed to environmental sustainability, devoting extreme care to agronomic practices in the vineyard and to the winemaking and storage phases, in order to offer customers a quality wine obtained through organic viticulture. An important goal the winery has set itself is to preserve soil biodiversity, which is achieved by allowing the proliferation of beneficial organisms that contribute to soil fertility and through the practice of cover cropping, which aims to preserve soil fertility and limit erosion. An organic prosecco DOC Extra Dry, intensely fruity and floral, very harmonious, perfect to share as an aperitif but also with delicate risottos and white meats.
