PEPERONI Capperi e Mandorle in extravergine

The Bottaccio farm has been passionately and energetically dedicated for four generations to the cultivation of the olive tree and to the production of extra virgin olive oil and products such as preserved-in-oil vegetables, using the finest vegetables and their own oil, and it is here that the Peppers, Capers and Almonds in extra virgin olive oil is made. Here quality is at home, and this is why the company has chosen to produce only extra virgin olive oil, in different types able to satisfy different tastes and uses. The harvest is carried out manually or semi-manually, and special attention is paid to the selection of the olives. Great importance is given to pressing times, which must never exceed 8 hours from harvest.
