A sauce based on mushrooms and summer truffle sauce with an intense aroma of truffles and an original, rather intense but balanced taste. The result is a delicate sauce that goes very well with the egg both hard-boiled and sliced together with toasted bread or fried served with the sauce on top, excellent for filling a sandwich with roasted ham.

the company was born from the passion of a expert Tuscan truffle hunter. Over the years, Mauro has never stopped going “hunting” with his faithful dog Pedro and personally collecting truffles as well as selecting them from his trusted “quarrymen” zone so you can work and offer all the varieties of truffles of the territory offered by the various seasons, here is the Truffle Sauce

How to use the sauce: It can be used to flavor any type of dish: as a condiment for pasta and rice, on cheese, in the filling of savory pies, to prepare croutons and canapés, as a sauce to stuff sandwiches.

Mauro Poli, esperto cavatore, ha trasformato la sua passione in un'attività, o meglio, in una missione: divulgare la conoscenza del tartufo bianco (Tuber Magnum pico) ma anche delle altre varietà di tartufi rigorosamente della sua zona. Mauro tiene molto alla valorizzazione dei prodotti della sua terra, il Mugello, e cerca in ogni modo di divulgarne le qualità. Cerca personalmente i tartufi e per la sua produzione ne acquista sempre e solo da cavatori locali, partecipa a numerose fiere specializzate dove oltre ai suoi prodotti propone anche lo street food sempre al prezioso aroma. Nel suo progetto ha coinvolto la figlia Eleonora alla quale ha trasmesso la passione, insieme collaborano alla diffusione dei prodotti e alla creazione di nuovi abbinamenti e proposte.
I prodotti spaziano dall'offerta più tradizionale, come il burro al tartufo o il tartufo in salamoia, a preparazioni molto sfiziose da gustare spalmate su crostini, come sughi per la pasta o per accompagnare carni e verdure.
