Mugello truffles represents the authentic encounter with the precious truffle. The family business was born from the passion of Mauro Poli, an expert truffle hunter who, with his faithful dog Pedro, has always dedicated himself to the collection and knowledge of truffles, the products that are made with them truffles of season are a guarantee of quality. Directly collected by the quarryman and immediately processed in order to preserve all the organoleptic characteristics, here the Black Truffle Flavored Condiment

It is no coincidence that the company is located in Mugello. This territory represents one of the nine DOC areas recognized by the Tuscany region for the harvesting of Tuber Mugnatum Pico. That is to say the delicious and very famous one White truffle.

To flavor pasta in white, versatile with many dishes for a touch of taste for unprocessed dishes. Recommended raw, very tasty for flavoring the filling of sandwiches, for example with mozzarella and mushrooms.

Recipes

Tagliatelle with anchovies and truffles
Brown two cloves of garlic in extra virgin olive oil, add 4 or 5 anchovy fillets and melt them in the oil. Drain the tagliatelle al dente and toss in the oil, add the truffle flavored oil raw and, to enhance the taste of the truffle, grate a little. Add a pinch of nutmeg, if you like, and serve.

Mauro Poli, esperto cavatore, ha trasformato la sua passione in un'attività, o meglio, in una missione: divulgare la conoscenza del tartufo bianco (Tuber Magnum pico) ma anche delle altre varietà di tartufi rigorosamente della sua zona. Mauro tiene molto alla valorizzazione dei prodotti della sua terra, il Mugello, e cerca in ogni modo di divulgarne le qualità. Cerca personalmente i tartufi e per la sua produzione ne acquista sempre e solo da cavatori locali, partecipa a numerose fiere specializzate dove oltre ai suoi prodotti propone anche lo street food sempre al prezioso aroma. Nel suo progetto ha coinvolto la figlia Eleonora alla quale ha trasmesso la passione, insieme collaborano alla diffusione dei prodotti e alla creazione di nuovi abbinamenti e proposte.
I prodotti spaziano dall'offerta più tradizionale, come il burro al tartufo o il tartufo in salamoia, a preparazioni molto sfiziose da gustare spalmate su crostini, come sughi per la pasta o per accompagnare carni e verdure.
