Shark Bottega del Pesce is a project based on the idea of creating a unique taste experience. A line of fish cold cuts that, thanks to special marinades, original smoking techniques and different cooking methods, take on unique personality and flavour while retaining the delicacy and taste of cured meats: this is how the Bottega del Pesce Tasting Kit was born

The production of fish cold cuts starts first and foremost with research and selection of the finest raw materials. The processing, following their own recipes, is carried out in the shop's workshop. Here, thanks to the use of Mediterranean scrub aromas, salts and peppers from various origins and the special smoking with apple and olive wood, these creations of the sea come to life. The kit consists of four packs, each of 70 g. The Marinated Salmon is marinated under salt with sugar and Chianti aromas. The tuna bresaola and the marinated swordfish loin, massaged and flavoured with wild fennel. The octopus bacon with triple smoking. New flavours and new aromas, a great desire to experiment and innovate, yet following processes perfected by the experience of the craftsmen of the sea. Products that are unique in their kind, each with a special and different processing method. Made with secret recipes to enhance their characteristics and achieve the goodness of a true cured meat.
