Peperina di Peperoni by Luvirie â in the Romagna dialect, "Luvìrie" means delicacies. A name that captures a world of authentic flavours and memory, guiding every choice we make. Alongside our own production, we carefully select the most representative specialities of our land, bringing to the table a story made of identity, quality and tradition. One of our exclusive creations: red peppers left to caramelise slowly, then processed until reaching a soft, velvety texture. The taste is pleasantly spicy, thanks to the balance between wine vinegar and chili pepper, without ever overpowering the flavours. Natural and artisanal, with no additives or preservatives, it's the ideal pairing to enhance cheeses with an original and elegant touch. Have you already tried Peperina di Peperoni? Since 2005, Luvirie has been bringing the authentic taste of Emilia-Romagna to the table, selecting and crafting niche specialities that are the result of artisanal and natural processing â this is where the Peperina di Peperoni was born

Peperina di Peperoni

Romagna tradition, and more. It all stems from a passion for the typical recipes of the region and for the Romagna dialect, from which the companyâs name was also born: Luvìrie, meaning delicacies, treats.

An exclusive creation that combines tradition and creativity: Peperina is born from a slow artisanal processing of red peppers, left to caramelise for an entire night until they develop all their natural sweetness. Alongside this is a pleasant spicy note, given by the meeting of vinegar and chili pepper, chosen as a natural alternative to mustard.

The result is a velvety, intense yet balanced compote, reminiscent of a savoury marmalade: the enveloping flavour of the peppers doesnât mask but enhances cheeses, especially soft and semi-soft ones such as Taleggio, Brie de Meaux, robiola and fresh goat cheeses.

Versatile and surprising, it's also perfect paired with boiled meats, raw meat preparations and fish dishes, adding a gourmet and original touch.

Discover now on Foodaloo the Peperina di Peperoni: a refined balance between sweetness and character.
