Paola prepares her delicacies with simple, genuine ingredients, without adding thickeners, colourings or flavourings.
Thanks to her passionate work, both inside and outside the kitchen, we can once again savour ancient, forgotten fruits, such as medlars, very pleasant to the palate and slightly astringent, gathered in the family-owned woods.
All jams have a sugar content ranging from 10% to a maximum of 25%, depending on the ripeness of the fruit.
