Il Bottaccio dedicated to the production of
olive oil, we are between Venturina Terme and Monterotondo Marittimo, in the province of Livorno, in the gentle
Tuscan hills is where the

The olives, of different varieties, a blend of
Frantoio and
Leccino olives, are harvested in the second half of October. The
olive trees used for the harvest are of different ages, mainly 30/35 years old. We are in a predominantly flat area in the Venturina Terme zone. Only mechanical processes are used for production to obtain a superior category oil.
