The company is based in Cantiano, known as the town of bread and the town of the Amarena cherry. Here you can breathe in an atmosphere of genuineness, a way of life still on a human scale, with more sustainable rhythms. Hospitality, warmth and good food are its essential elements. Visciole cherries, blackberries, figs, apples, mirabelle plums, white cherries, Angelica pears, peaches, raspberries, dog rose and, in particular, it has brought back to life the Visciole cherries or Amarene di Cantiano, a product of excellence since the early 20th century. The Visciole or Amarene of Cantiano grow wild on the slopes of Mount Catria in the Cantiano area, and it is precisely in this land that the company grows four hectares of this ancient fruit, which is processed together with Sangiovese grapes from the Marche region, Visciole cherries and sugar to produce the Vino di Visciole, subjected to long fermentation and maturation times. Once bottled, it is left to age in order to develop its unique aromas. Amarena di Cantiano and its wine are naturally produced by us following nature's course. Without preservatives, colourings or flavourings. An excellent aperitif served chilled or paired with dark chocolate.
