Our company was born with the idea of showcasing the best products of our territory. We harvest every day. But not only that, we do it: early in the morning and in the early afternoon, so as to always be able to offer the greatest freshness. The idea for the Biscuits was born from wanting to showcase the queen of our territory: the Certaldo Onion. A perfect combination! It couldn't have been more fitting. To make it even more appetising it is further enriched with pecorino and tomato and with Certaldo onion. The result is a unique taste. A fragrant biscuit with an irresistible taste. Rustic and crunchy, with strong, bold flavours. Here enhanced by the onion and pecorino, yet softened by the tomato.  Enjoy them on their own with an aperitif or as a base for delicious snacks. Perfect to pair with cheeses like pecorino for an unusual flavour combination. Pairings: Ideal with Beer, with bubbles. Try them like this: They can be enjoyed to nibble on with an aperitif. Â
