Bonat freeze-dried grated cheese

Innovative product made up of 98% Parmigiano Reggiano and the remaining 2% of hard cheese, also produced by the Bonat family with milk from their own cows, fed exclusively on grass from their own meadows. Centuries-old meadows rich in herbs and essences that are now rare and hard to find, which give the milk, and therefore the cheese, exclusive aromas. The revolutionary feature of this product is the total absence of water, which allows it to be stored at room temperature and used in smaller quantities in recipes. The freeze-drying process in fact significantly increases the flavour yield compared to classic grated cheese.
