Deep roots link the Testa family to fishing and to the small Sicilian fishing village of Ognina. The family's history goes back at least two centuries, and to this day the village has a street named after them. Bluefin tuna fishing is a true passion and a matter of precision. Thanks to our experience, we select the finest Mediterranean Albacore Tuna in olive oil 100 g.

The company's commitment to study and fieldwork campaigns at sea is most evident in the catching and processing of bluefin tuna. Bluefin tuna is in fact a protected marine species whose catch is regulated by ICCAT quotas, which limit catches by number and weight. Thanks to this, the Mediterranean is being repopulated with this species.
