This is thanks to healthy and genuine raw materials, which make use of the fruits of their own woodland and their own garden, all grown according to nature, respecting the cycles of the seasons and the fruits that are gathered wild, without forcing, just as in the past. Prepared with pine nuts, aglione (a mild garlic variety) and Parmigiano Reggiano, delicious and delicate. The idea for the truffle was born one lovely morning. From a walk with the dogs in the family holm oak grove. Once it was discovered that our woodland hid these wonders, the new project took shape. And from there came the idea, not only to offer the âTuber aestivumâ, popularly known as scorzone truffle in its natural form, already an excellent ingredient on its own for delicious dishes. But also to pair it with other ingredients that enhance its aroma even further. This is how the truffle creams were born, each with its own flavour notes.
