Once it was discovered that our woodland hid these wonders, the new project took shape. And from there the idea was born, not only to offer the âTuber aestivumâ popularly known as scorzone truffle in its natural state, already an excellent ingredient for delicious preparations on its own. But also to combine it with other ingredients that further enhance its aroma. This is how the truffle creams were born, each with its own flavour notes.
