The Il Bottaccio company, for four generations now, has dedicated itself with passion and great energy to growing olive trees and producing extra virgin olive oil and products such as vegetables preserved in oil using the best vegetables and their own oil, and it is here that the Artichoke Cream is made. Here, quality is at home, and this is why the company has chosen to produce only extra virgin olive oil, in different types able to satisfy different tastes and uses. The harvest is carried out manually or semi-manually, and particular attention is paid to the selection of the olives. Great importance is given to the pressing times, for which no more than 8 hours must ever pass from harvesting. Artichoke Cream in extra virgin olive oil. The processing is artisanal in order to enhance the flavour of each individual ingredient. Only natural ingredients, free from chemical or artificial substances. We prepare our cream with 88% Artichokes, 10% extra virgin olive oil. Olive creams are made to preserve and enhance the flavour of vegetables.
