Mimina is the result of a courageous life choice. After years spent abroad, in cosmopolitan cities, and a professional career at a renowned London auction house, I felt the need to return to my roots. I left a prestigious career to rediscover authenticity, simplicity and a connection with nature.
The return to Santa Sofia, among the gentle hills of Romagna and my family, became the starting point of a new beginning. This is where Mimina was born: from a love of healthy living, from the value of handmade work, and from the desire to offer a genuine product, made with selected ingredients and crafted with artisanal care.
