Brother and sister, they have been working together in their workshop for almost 30 years. It is indeed in Florence that the Pistocchi family's pastry art was born, with their chocolate cakes, true specialities, the cremini and the dragées. The little cakes with three chocolates and fruit. Three chocolates because the little cakes are made with either White Chocolate, Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate. Which is your favourite? The Dark Chocolate and Fruit Cake is made with the finest artisan milk chocolate and dried nuts and fruit, a refined and chocolatey delight for the eyes, while always starting from the quality of the chocolate which, as the maker states, "we like it this way, simple, with all its characteristic notes well presented" — in these little cakes creative flair has added the extra touch to create something delicious, expanding the range of products focused on the mastery of chocolate making. But like all their cakes, they continue to be entirely handmade. Over the years, the quality of the product has, if anything, grown. Because today the market offers 87 types of dark chocolate to choose from, suited to different needs.
