Evergreen
In perfect Blonde Ale style, this is a pale, fresh and refreshing beer, brewed with a good percentage of wheat. Characterised by a typical malty sweetness and a persistent white head of foam. Thanks to the use of noble hops, its sweetness is well balanced. The finish is dry, cleansing the palate and inviting another sip. The aroma of malt is the first to reach the nose, together with hints of bread crust and a herbaceous finish given by the hops. All our beers are strictly unfiltered and unpasteurised, produced in limited quantities precisely to guarantee greater freshness for the product we offer. Excellent and easy to drink, it invites another sip and pairs best with white meat dishes and salads with cereals. Excellent with fried fish and battered vegetables. Enjoyed cold in the warm seasons, it is perfect to accompany rice salad, farro or raw fish such as sushi and sashimi. Pairings: perfect as an aperitif, with fish dishes, white meats and lightly aged cheeses.
