This is thanks to wholesome and genuine raw materials, drawn from the fruits of her own woodland and her own garden, all grown according to nature, respecting the cycles of the seasons and harvesting fruits that grow spontaneously, without forcing things, just as in the past. The nectar is handcrafted with elderberry and lemon. Made using elderberries and scented with lemon. To be used as you like, as a refreshing juice, perhaps with a few mint leaves. Since ancient times both the flowers and berries have been used for medicinal purposes in folk medicine. The elderflower is widely used in cooking to make bread, and in the production of Sambuca. It is regarded as a sacred tree in many Nordic mythologies. Elderberry is traditionally used in cooking, to prepare delicious jellies and jams, soups, fritters, juices and syrups. Hugo is perfect served with prosecco or white wine as an aperitif!
