"When one door closes, another one opens." Ilenia Neri and her husband, pastry chefs by family tradition, emigrated to the South, to the province of Salerno, in 2012 when the earthquake in Emilia practically half-destroyed and emptied their town, in order to work in a chocolate production workshop and broaden their professional knowledge. There, a friendship took root that would later turn into a partnership, and so a few years later they returned to Cavezzo, near Modena, full of new ideas and experiences and with a strong desire to start over. This is how NERIPIACERI was born, an artisanal company offering spreadable creams, chocolate bars and dragées. All the products are made with the finest selected raw ingredients, combined with the best Belgian chocolate. This is how the "VERIPACERIDOLCI" came to be: soft creams, each with its own distinct character, to spread on bread or biscuits, or to enhance pastries or ice cream; utterly delicious bars of the finest chocolate, from the classic to the more unusual, such as chili pepper; chocolate dragées that, like a treasure chest, hold hazelnuts within.
